Terms and Conditions for [self]SCALE Courses
Effective date: February 1st, 2024
1. Subscription Agreement:
By enrolling in any [self]SCALE course, you agree to subscribe to the course and be billed monthly at the rate of $99 until you choose to cancel.
2. Billing and Payment:
a. You authorize Selfassembled Ventures LLC to charge your credit/debit card or other payment methods on file for the recurring monthly subscription fee.
b. The monthly billing cycle will begin upon the date of your initial enrollment and will continue until canceled.
c. All payments are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Policy:
a. You may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings on the Kajabi platform.
b. Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
c. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
4. Course Access:
a. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to any [self]SCALE course content for the subscribed period.
b. Selfassembled Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the course with or without notice.
5. Intellectual Property:
a. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Selfassembled Ventures LLC.
b. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without explicit permission from Selfassembled Ventures LLC.
6. Privacy Policy:
a. Selfassembled Ventures LLC will collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
7. Limitation of Liability:
Selfassembled Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
8. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
By enrolling in any [self]SCALE courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
